Why Us

Is This Happening To You

One Of Your Friends In The Military?

Charges have been preferred and your defense counsel seems tentative and inexperienced

You're in real trouble because your Commander or First Sergeant has taken administrative or non - judicial action against you

You’re being offered a medical board and it doesn’t seem fair

You've popped positive on a urinalysis and know you're innocent

You just got a bad performance report you didn't deserve

Something is happening in legal channels, but you don't know what it is

Military medicine has harmed your child

If any of this sounds something like your situation, the military system and authority may look like a brick wall about to fall all over you. You're most  likely angry, scared, or confused about what to do next. You probably have a load of questions. Maybe you're asking yourself how the system operates. How will the board or court-martial work? Will it be fair? What are my rights? What can they do to me? Is there an appeal? Is it true that the military wins 95% of the time? {ANSWER: Yes!} Is the MED/PEB process being fair to me? Have my family members been harmed by negligent military medicine? Can the JAG help me with the kind of aggressive, concerned professional care I want? How do I make sure my military defense attorney isn't too overworked to do a first-rate job for me?

What Can We Do For You?

We've come across a preponderance of brave, vigorous military defense counsel, operating under fair-minded superiors. If we believe you have found such a team, we'll tell you, up front. However, you have to decide what's what, since you're the one on the scene of the "wreck".

We've also found, and proven, the opposite -- situations in which people, and sometimes the "System" itself, operate in ways which seem narrow or small minded, or unjust. We have even seen instances where authority has appeared determined to scapegoat somebody. In such cases, if you haven't put together the strongest possible defense team at the earliest possible point in the process, you may turn out to have been "penny-wise, pound-foolish."
